St. Anne's Eastertide Adult Forum discusses navigating difficult conversations about judgment, hope, money, religion, and politics through the lens of faith by examining and reflecting on passages from the Gospel of Matthew.
On Sunday, May 3, the forum will focus on judgment using the Gospel of Matthew 7:1-5. Five St. Anne's parishioners will share stories about situations involving judgment as examples to further the conversation.
Come and hear their stories at the Eastertide Adult Forum at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 3, at the church's Parish Hall, 199 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis, Md. All are welcome.
The Eastertide Adult Forum will continue for 3 more weeks. St. Anne’s rector, the Rev. Manoj Mathew Zacharia, Ph.D., will refer to Matthew 19:16-26 in a discussion about money on May 10.
Maria Winters, a licensed clinical professional counselor, will discuss hope using Matthew 2:18 and 4:18-5:16 on May 17.
The Eastertide Adult Forum series concludes on May 24 when Colleen Cruikshank, senior manager of Constructive Dialogue Institute’s Live Programs, references Matthew 27:11-26 in a discussion of religion and politics.
