Can’t wait for them crabs!

Crab pickers have no time to waste. About 130 attended the Annapolis Senior Activity Center's annual crab feast. Forty came early.

Crab pickers have no time to waste. Of the 130 attendees at the Annapolis Senior Activity Center’s annual crab feast, about 40 showed up before 10:45 a.m., and the real crab lovers were there at 8:30 a.m. when the center opened.

Knowing the seniors, Willie Wilson of Chesapeake Seafood also arrived early with the crabs and corn. The event was scheduled to start at noon. By 11:40 a.m. all the crabs and corn were bagged and the coleslaw was also dished up thanks to all the volunteers.

Anne Arundel County Facilities Maintenance Division workers also deserve special thanks for helping with set up and clean up.
