Chesapeake Bay Blues Fest Parking Moved, Musical Lineup
There are parking changes for this weekend's Bay Blues Fest featuring Vanessa Collier, Brian Setzer and Keb' Mo' and Delbert McClinton.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Shuttle parking for this weekend's Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival has been moved, a press release said, due to the NCAA lacrosse Quarterfinals at the Naval Academy Stadium. The new location is the Park and Ride on the Harry S. Truman Parkway, off Riva Road.
"Although we have reserved a limited of spaces at the stadium at $10 per car for anyone who does not get the message, we are diverting most buses to the Park and Ride," the release from Blues Festival officials said. " Traffic is expected to be very heavy around the stadium and since parking spaces are limited."
Shuttles will run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, and Sunday, May 20. Shuttles will run "to and from the blues fest at Sandy Point State Park from Matapeake Elementary and the Riva Rd. Park and Ride," the release said. And it's all free.

While festival officials are offering the $10 spots, they want people to use the shuttles to help avoid further congesting traffic. "We urge you to use the Park and Ride shuttle lot, where buses will run every 15 to 20 minutes. Parking at the Park and Ride is Free.
"We apologize for any inconvenience, but we feel this is far better than sitting in traffic."
