Chicken Wing Festival Coming To Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds
A chicken wing festival is coming to Anne Arundel County this weekend. After chowing down, guests can throw axes or ride a mechanical bull.
CROWNSVILLE, MD — The Maryland Chicken Wing Festival is coming to the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds this Saturday.
Attendees can throw axes, ride a mechanical bull, play laser tag and complete an escape room. There will also be chicken wing and ice cream eating contests.
Musicians will play throughout the day on the main and the acoustic stages. The Reagan Years will headline the lineup with their 80s anthems.

The kids will enjoy inflatables, an obstacle course and face painting. Adults will welcome a beer list that includes lagers, pilsners, India pale ales, Belgian whites and summer shandies.
Bundt cakes, mini donuts and kettle corn will satisfy any sweet tooth. Vendors will also sell sauces, spirits, accessories and art.

The 8th annual Maryland Chicken Wing Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 1450 Generals Highway. ABC Events planned the festival.
General admission tickets cost $15 for the full day and $10 after 4 p.m. Active military members, veterans and residents 65 and up can get in for $10. Kids 12 and under are free, but they still need a reservation.
