UPDATE: City's First Homicide Victim of 2014 Identified
A Glenarden man was found shot to death early Sunday at an Annapolis baseball field in the city's first homicide.

Annapolis Police on Monday released the name of a man shot to death on a baseball field early Sunday morning, marking the city’s first homicide of the year.
Officers found Mark Alexander Cooper, 21, of Glenarden near the bleachers on the field around 1:20 a.m. in the 1100 block of Madison Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
