Council OKs New City Manager, Attorney
Since Michael Pantelides became mayor, the Annapolis city attorney, city manager, and three other managers have left the city.

The Annapolis City Council voted unanimously Monday to confirm both Thomas C. Andrews as city manager and Michael G. Leahy as city attorney, according to a news release.
Since Michael Pantelides became mayor in December, Annapolis has lost its city attorney, city manager, assistant city manager, planning director and transportation director through resignations or firings, reports The Baltimore Sun.
Brian Woodward stepped down as Acting City Manager July 30, and resigned as the city’s Recreation and Parks Director, Patch earlier reported. Woodward cited heath issues as his reason for leaving the city, according to a news release.
