UPDATE: Critical Missing Child Found
The missing 15-year-old from Tracy's Landing reportedly has the mental capabilities of a 3-year-old.
UPDATE: Hunter Rowe has been found and is safe.
Anne Arundel County police are searching for Hunter Rowe, 15, of the 300 block of Fairhaven Road in Tracy’s Landing.
Rowe reportedly has developmental disabilities and the mental capabilities of a 3-year-old, according to a Facebook post.

Rowe is 5 feet tall and about 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing a multi-colored T-shirt.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 immediately.
