Critically Missing Man Sought By Annapolis Police
Annapolis Police are asking for help from the public in the effort to find Nicholas Riley, who has been deemed critically missing.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — Annapolis Police are asking for the public's help in the search for a critically missing adult. Nicholas Riley, 25, was last seen at 5 p.m. Nov. 4 in the unit block of Wellington Place.
Family members are concerned for Riley’s welfare and have reported him missing. There are factors which make Nicholas Riley a critically missing person, police said.
Authorities say Riley has blue eyes, blonde hair, large gauge rings in his ear lobes and a nose ring.

He may be driving a blue 2000 Ford Explorer with MD registration 2CH2348.
