Crownsville Party Shooting Leads to Attempted Murder Charges
A Pasadena man is in jail on attempted murder charges for allegedly shooting a woman last month at a Crownsville party.
Crownsville, MD — A Pasadena man faces attempted murder charges for allegedly shooting a woman at a party last month.
Anne Arundel County Police say the shooting was reported June 26 in the 1000 block of Shore View Circle in Crownsville to investigate a shooting complaint. The victim reported she was shot by an acquaintance while attending a party in the area.
The victim, who has not been identified, was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Witnesses identified the shooting suspect as Nathaniel David Brewsaugh, 20, of the 1100 block of Annis Squam Harbour in Pasadena.
When detectives executed a search warrant at Brewsaugh's home, two firearms were recovered.

Brewsaugh was arrested and transported to the Anne Arundel County Detention Center, where he is currently awaiting trial after being held without bond, police said Wednesday.
Police ask anyone with tips or information about the shooting to contact Detective K. Carberry at 410-222- 6155.
Brewsaugh is charged with: attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, firearm use in a violent crime, handgun on a person, possession of a firearm by a minor and discharge of a firearm.
