Customer Robbed at Knifepoint at Wells Fargo ATM
Anne Arundel County Police say a man who had just used a Wells Fargo ATM in Linthicum was robbed at knifepoint.

LINTHICUM, MD — Police are searching for a man who robbed a customer early Thursday morning after he used the ATM at the Wells Fargo Bank, 721 Hammonds Ferry Road, in Linthicum Heights.
The 69-year-old male victim reported that he had just completed a transaction at the ATM about 5:30 a.m. when he was approached from behind by a suspect with a knife who demanded money, according to Anne Arundel County Police. The victim complied and the suspect fled on foot south on Hammonds Ferry Road before entering a “boxy” style van or SUV.
A lookout was broadcast for the suspect and several patrol units checked the area without success.

The victim was not injured in the robbery.
The suspect is described as a black man, between 35 and 45 years old, 5’11”, 200 pounds, short black hair, and no facial hair. He was wearing a mid-length black or brown leather coat, dark pants and shoes.
