Dash for eggs, prizes

More than 50 children attended the Annapolis Senior Activity Center’s Easter egg hunt on April 12. While waiting for the hunt to begin, children enjoyed coloring Easter pictures.

Then, they were off. Younger children swarmed the courtyard first. An older group of children quickly followed. Friends and relatives trailed behind, offering encouragement and advice. The Easter Bunny (Wayne M. Taylor) mingled among children and adults, greeting them with waves, hugs and handshakes.

After all the eggs were found, the children returned to the center to play Bingo and savor cupcakes and punch. Quite a few also showed off their prizes, which included Monopoly and Scribblish games.
