A press release said Beall faces two counts of second-degree assault and one count of robbery. The charges stem from an incident that happened sometime between June 13 and June 23 and a second incident that followed on July 11.
Officers booked Beall at the county's Central Holding and Processing Facility at the Jennifer Road Detention Center in Annapolis. Beall was released on recognizance, authorities said.
