Driver Collides With Pregnant Woman's Vehicle, Flees: Police

Anne Arundel County Police hope someone in the Pasadena area can identify a white Jeep involved in a crash.

PASADENA, MD — A driver who fled the scene of a car crash involving a pregnant woman is being sought by Anne Arundel County Police.

The department shared a photo of the suspect vehicle on social media Tuesday, and residents are buzzing.

Authorities say the accident happened about 10 p.m. Monday on Route 100 East just past Magothy Beach Road. The suspect vehicle did not stop and continued on Route 100 East toward Gibson Island.

Police told the Capital-Gazette the victim managed to snap a photo of the fleeing vehicle, a white Jeep with a Maryland crab sticker on the back. The pregnant driver was not hurt, police said.
