Drunk, Drowsy Neighbor Crashes on Woman's Couch: Police
A man who lives nearby likely got mixed up -- police said he seemed intoxicated -- and made himself at home in Annapolis woman's apartment.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A man who passed out drunk on an unsuspecting neighbor’s couch woke up to find himself in serious legal trouble.
An Annapolis woman who lives in the 1000 block of Martha Court called police at 6:40 p.m. on April 14 to report someone had entered her apartment.
A man she didn’t know walked through her door, which was apparently unlocked. So the woman fled to a bedroom and called the police.

Annapolis Police officers found Selvin Mancilla Xicara, 25, of Annapolis asleep on the woman’s couch. He lives in the building next door to the victim and appeared to be intoxicated, police said.
Mancilla Xicara was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary. He was released after posting a $3,500 bond.
