Drunken Argument Ends When Woman Uses Butcher Knife: Police
An Annapolis woman is charged with assault after allegedly cutting a man who reportedly grabbed her buttocks.

A drunken quarrel between an Annapolis woman and a man ended when she sliced his wrists with a butcher knife, police say.
The man had apparently grabbed the woman’s buttocks, which angered her and she attacked with the knife, according to Annapolis Police. The injuries were minor and the victim refused to go to the hospital.
The argument happened about 7 p.m. Wednesday in the unit block of West Washington Street.

Eldridge, 57, of Annapolis and the victim were intoxicated during the assaults, police say.
Eldridge was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. She is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
