Through breath, scent, and subtle body awareness, she invites students to feel the cosmos as something near, not distant; something you live in conversation with, not under.
Sherry's teaching centers on accessibility and embodiment, meeting each student where they are and offering practices that are both practical and meaningful. She is the author of Aligned by the Stars: An Integrative Guide to Vedic Astrology and Aromatherapy for Life Challenges&nbsp;and through her private work, educational offerings, and writing, she empowers individuals to engage with ritual and self-study in ways that feel grounded, intuitive, and sustainable.
