New Yacht Sales Center Opens In Anne Arundel County, Sells Luxurious Vessels
A new yacht sales center opened in Anne Arundel County. The Annapolis business will sell luxurious vessels from its West Street office.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A new yacht sales center opened recently in Anne Arundel County. The business, Engel & Völkers Yachting, will sell luxurious vessels from its office in Annapolis.
The company said it chose Annapolis because of the city's nautical culture. It pointed to the town's location on the Chesapeake Bay and its crown jewel of the U.S. Naval Academy. Engel & Völkers Yachting also called Annapolis the sailing capital of the nation.
Managing Broker Walter Johnson said boating popularity has exploded over the past two years, especially among younger consumers.

"Our global presence and continued expansion across the Americas will allow us to best serve a range of clientele, from homeowners with docks to CEOs to international buyers coming from Brazil, Canada, Mexico and Europe."
