Sessions are tailored for people at all levels of familiarity with race-related topics, ensuring a non-judgmental environment for learning and exploration. The Change Starter LLC helps communities and organizations build stronger communication skills, recognize bias, and develop strategies for thoughtful engagement. Sessions are offered locally in the DC‑Maryland‑Virginia area and virtually. Additional offerings include lesson plan manuals for middle and high school teachers and an eBook guiding individuals to reflect on internalized beliefs about race
