Kids, teens and adults are invited to the Roger W. Pip Moyer Community Recreation Center for a safety presentation. The event will focus on providing tips for safe trick-or-treating.
The event will include a demonstration from East Coast Martial Arts. The event is free and does not require an R.S.V. P.
