Join noted historian and media expert Mike Dixon as he presents a talk entitled, “Spread the News: The War of 1812 on the Chesapeake,” fascinating look at press coverage of the major regional incidents of the War of 1812. The free program takes place on Saturday, March 23 at 11 a.m. in the upstairs Council Chambers at City Hall, 160 Duke of Gloucester Street.
