Firefighters Injured Battling Annapolis House Fire: Officials
Almost 50 firefighters from three departments responded to the Tuesday night fire. Two were injured in the line of duty.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — Two firefighters were injured Tuesday night while fighting a house fire located in the 500 block of Ludlow Road. Almost 50 firefighters from Annapolis, Anne Arundel County and the Naval Academy responded to the fire, which broke out at approximately 9:45 p.m.
Once at the scene, firefighters found flames coming out of a rear bedroom window. The cause of the fire is being investigated. The Red Cross will be assisting the two residents who have been displaced.
