Flea market, jewelry donations needed
The Annapolis Senior Activity Center, 119 S. Villa Ave., Annapolis, is asking for jewelry & flea market donations for spring fundraisers.
The Annapolis Senior Activity Center, 119 S. Villa Ave., Annapolis, is already accepting jewelry donations for its spring fundraiser and will accept flea market items April 29 - May 17. Donations can be dropped off at the center’s front desk.
The center is accepting jewelry, household items, books published within the last 10 years, purses, belts and scarves. Other clothes, shoes, large furniture, outdated electronics, and television sets will not be accepted. All items must be clean and in working condition.
The jewelry sale will be held 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. May 1 – 3 and May 6 - 10. The indoor flea market will be held 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., May 21 - 24. Bake sales will be held May 1 and May 21 for as long as the sweets last.

Annapolis Seniors, Inc., the nonprofit organization that raises money for the center, organizes these fundraisers. Proceeds benefit the center, which is operated by the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities. For more information, call 410-222-1818.
