Glen Burnie Man Sexually Assaulted 13-Year-Old: Police

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A 44-year-old Glen Burnie man has been arrested and charged with 19 counts related to the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. According to the Annapolis Police Department, Jose Argueta drove a church transportation van and on four different occasions, sexually assaulted the 13-year-old victim. During some of these assaults, Argueta took pornographic photos of the victim.

Police were notified of the incidents Jan. 5 and four days later, Argueta was located and arrested. He currently is being held without bond.
