Glen Burnie Man Shot to Death in Parking Lot
Anne Arundel County Police found a man lying wounded in a Glen Burnie parking lot Sunday night; he died at an area hospital.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — A Glen Burnie man found lying in a parking lot with a gunshot wound died Sunday night at an area hospital, authorities say.
The shooting was reported about 10:24 p.m. to the Anne Arundel County Police Department; the attack took place in the 400 block of Hideaway Loop in Glen Burnie.
Officers found Donta Duane Collins, 22, from Glen Burnie, lying in the parking lot with an apparent gunshot wound to his upper body. Collins was immediately taken to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Anne Arundel County Police Department homicide detectives say this was not a random act of violence.
