Glory Days Opens New Restaurant in Edgewater

Glory Days Grill, a sports-themed family restaurant chain, announces the opening of its newest restaurant in Edgewater, MD.

EDGEWATER, MD — Glory Days Grill, a sports-themed family restaurant chain operating 27 corporate and franchised restaurants located in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Florida, will open its newest restaurant in Edgewater on Monday, Sept. 19. This is the company’s second location in Anne Arundel County and is located at the Village at Lee Airpark on Solomons Island Road.

The new Edgewater restaurant is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to midnight. This location features over 7,300 square feet of bar, dining, and banquet seating, an adjoining 500 square foot patio featuring a lounge area and direct bar access, and 40 televisions – including four 90-inch TVs – broadcasting the latest sports, news and entertainment programming, according to a news release.

The restaurant also boasts a large banquet space for 40 guests featuring Clickshare wireless presentation system - perfect for meetings, networking events, parties and fantasy football drafts. Guests will enjoy a comfortable, family-friendly yet modern atmosphere utilizing warm colors and tones. The interior design features large scale photography and hand-painted artwork highlighting the ‘glory moments’ of sports painted by local artist Cindy Fletcher-Holden.

Like all of its corporate restaurants, the Edgewater location opens with our company-wide weekly specials including $5.99 Monday Burgers, $5.99 Taco Tuesdays, $10.99 Rib Wednesdays and a $9.99 Fish Fry on Fridays. In addition, Edgewater features freshly made, pub-style pizzas and will offer $5.99 Pizzas every Thursday. This location will also feature the ‘Snack Attack Menu’ which features $3 / $4 / $5 snack-sized appetizers every day after 9 PM.
