MARYLAND — Move over pumpkin spice everything, because the best part of fall — dressing the kids up for Halloween — just got easier, because the Spirit Halloween stores are opening across Maryland for the 2019 season. The popular costume purveyor also sells hundreds of accessories and super creepy decorations for Halloween.
