Heroin, Guns Seized at House After Neighbor Complaints
Two Pasadena men face drug trafficking charges after a raid on their house.

Complaints from neighbors about suspected drug sales at a Pasadena house led authorities to charge two men with drug trafficking and the seizure of heroin, cash and guns.
Anne Aundel County Police executed a search and seizure warrant at 9163 Fort Smallwood Road in Pasadena July 31 as a result of complaints about possible drug-related activities at the residence.
During a search of the residence, about 29 capsules of heroin (8.29 grams), 3.97 grams of powder heroin, 196 pills of Oxycodone (various milligrams), 14 pills of Endocet, 68 pills of Alprazolam, 38 pills of Clonazepam, 8.78 grams of cocaine, 58.15 grams of marijuana and several other prescription medications were seized.

Three firearms were also taken from the residence: a Ruger 22-caliber handgun, Ivers Johnson revolver and a pistol grip Remington 870 shotgun. In addition, $4,663 in cash was seized from the residence, along with drug paraphernalia including a digital scale.
Two suspects were charged with drug and firearm-related charges as a result of the investigation:

- William Arthur Godwin, 46, of 9163 Fort Smallwood Road in Pasadena, was charged with: CDS possession with intent to distribute (7 counts), CDS possession not marijuana (7 counts), CDS possession marijuana (1 count) and possession of firearm in nexus to drug trafficking crime (2 counts)
- Daniel Richard Slater, 37, of 9163 Fort Smallwood Road in Pasadena, was charged with CDS possession not marijuana (3 counts)
