The victim, 8 months pregnant with Moore’s child, reported that she and another woman were sitting in a vehicle with two children, both aged 3, when Moore approached their car. He picked up a rock and began beating it on the car window. Moore briefly left the area and returned with a handgun, pointing it at the women and threatening to kill them if they called the police.

The other woman in the vehicle said Moore then told his girlfriend, “I’ll smack you; I’ll kill you. Call whoever you want; if you call the police, I’ll kill you.”
