Idea for a Quick Bite Out This Weekend

You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Greater Annapolis Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

: Chances are even if you haven't yet visited Grump's Cafe in Hillsmere, you've heard about. Eclectic at least begins to describe the colorful, local eatery. And it's hard to get more laid back since you are served by workers wearing their pajamas.

Even though Grump's is a widely popular breakfast destination, it has a full lunch and dinner menu, as well as a full bar. Grump's is now offering $5 cheeseburgers daily from 4 to 6 p.m. The burgers are certified Angus beef with one side.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. And, especially important this time of year, Grump's is open "rain, snow, sleet or hail."
