Indecent Exposure Outside Annapolis Home Depot Prompts Arrest: Police
A man was caught masturbating in a vehicle parked outside an Annapolis Home Depot, police said. Officers arrested the suspect.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said they arrested a man accused of masturbating in a vehicle parked outside an Annapolis Home Depot on Sunday.
Officers identified the suspect as 27-year-old Charles Francis of Annapolis.
Authorities said they heard about the indecent exposure and lewd conduct around 4 p.m. at the Home Depot located at 145 Defense Highway.

Police said they found the vehicle that the complainant described and made contact with the lone occupant.
The complainant positively identified that man as the one accused of masturbating in the public parking lot, officers said.
