Jeffrey Hayes Luther, 44, of Annapolis and formerly of the Eastern Shore passed away Oct. 24 at Anne Arundel Medical Center from a heart valve disorder.

Jeffrey was born on April 11, 1971 in Maryland to Shirley Eaton, and was later adopted by George and Jeanette Luther. He was a graduate of Queen Anne’s High School, who loved fishing and fixing things.

Jeffrey is survived by his parents, George and Jeanette Luther; a sister, Apryl Collins of Florida; a brother, Marcus Luther of Pennsylvania; a fiancée, Donna Bradshaw and her family, along with several loving friends.

Friends are invited to a celebration of Jeffrey’s life on November 14, 2015 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 13500 Baden Westwood Road, Brandywine, MD 20613.
