Juveniles Shoot Another Minor With BB Guns At Annapolis Mall: Police
A group of juveniles shot another minor with BB guns at the Annapolis mall, police said. The victim suffered minor injuries.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — County police said a group of juveniles recently shot another minor at the Westfield Annapolis mall.
The encounter started Friday at 7 p.m. when seven males between the ages of 11 and 16 approached another group of three boys in the mall, officers said.
One suspect from the larger group asked to "see" the victim's sunglasses. Authorities said the victim handed over the sunglasses, and the larger group ran away with the eyewear.

The victim chased the suspect of the theft, who is about 14 to 16 years old. The other boys with the suspect then took out BB guns and started shooting at the victim, police said.
Officers said the victim was hit by several BBs and suffered minor injuries. Authorities contacted the victim's parents, and they came to the scene.

Police said they searched inside and outside the mall, but they could not find the suspects. The Anne Arundel County Police Department is still investigating.
