Male Stabbed, Flown to Hospital After Attempted Robbery In Annapolis: Police

A male was stabbed and flown to a hospital after somebody tried to rob him in Annapolis, police said. Officers are looking for the suspect.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A male was recently stabbed in Annapolis and airlifted to an unidentified hospital, city police announced Monday.

Officers said they heard about the stabbing in the 100 block of Obery Court around 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities said they found the victim outside a home bleeding from the upper torso.

The victim told police that a subject attempted to rob him when he was stabbed, a press release said. The suspect fled before officers arrived.

The Annapolis Police Department did not release any more details.
