Man Arrested In 2025 Homicide In Annapolis

Raishaun Mason died after he was found shot outside of an Annapolis home in July 2025. A suspect has now been charged with murder.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with a 2025 homicide in Annapolis.

Khyree Lattimore, 20, of Baltimore, was arrested Thursday and charged with the murder of Raishaun Mason and the attempted murder of three other people, Annapolis police said in a news release.

Lattimore is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond.

Around 1:40 a.m. on July 6, Annapolis Police officers responded to a call for a shooting in the area of Bens Drive. When police arrived, they found Mason suffering from a gunshot wound in front of 14 Bens Drive.

Mason was taken to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Following an investigation, police identified Lattimore as a suspect.

“This arrest is an important step toward justice for the victim and loved ones,” Mayor Jared Littmann said in a statement. “Our hearts ache for the family and those in the community impacted by this loss. Annapolis residents deserve safe neighborhoods and accountability when violence occurs."
