Man Shot In Annapolis, Airlifted To Hospital: Police

A man was shot in Annapolis, police said. Medics airlifted him to a hospital. Here's what we know.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A man was shot Thursday in Annapolis, city police announced.

A press release said medics flew the victim to an unnamed trauma center. He is in stable condition.

Officers heard about the shooting in the 1900 block of Fairfax Road around 12:14 p.m. First responders said they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The Annapolis Police Department is still investigating. Detectives asked anybody with information to call 410-260-3439.

The Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland offered a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest or an indictment.
