Man Shot in Head; Family Doesn't Notice for Hours
An Annapolis man came home with blood on his clothes, but police say his family didn't notice his head wound for hours.

Annapolis Police are trying to determine who shot a man in the head Saturday night and how family members didn’t notice the wound for hours.
Family members reported that the 24-year-old man left a home in the unit block of Ironstone Court about 11 p.m. on Feb. 21 and when he returned about 5:30 the next morning he had blood on his clothing, say Annapolis Police.

Later in the day the family checked on the man and found him semi-conscious with a head wound. He was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center, police say, where it was discovered the man had been shot in the head. Hospital officials called the police.
The victim has since been transferred to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, police say. He is listed in serious but stable condition, WBAL TV reports.
