Marijuana, Cash Found in Glen Burnie Drug Raid

Anne Arundel County Police charged a Glen Burnie man with drug trafficking after a Friday raid.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Police who raided a Glen Burnie trailer home found more than $1,700 in cash and marijuana reportedly ready for sale. Authorities charged Christopher Jacob Daniel McGuire, 22, of the 1600 block of Heathwood Road in Glen Burnie, with several drug charges on Friday.

Narcotics officers for the Anne Arundel County Police Department executed a search warrant at McGuire's Glen Burnie address after receiving reports that he was selling marijuana from the trailer he lives in on the property. The search of the trailer resulted in the seizure of the following:

  • 883 grams of marihuana
  • $1,785 in cash
  • 1 shotgun
  • 1 loaded .32 caliber revolver
  • 1 loaded .22 caliber pistol

McGuire is charged with:

  • Possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana
  • Possession with intent to distribute marijuana
  • Possession of paraphernalia
  • Possession of firearm while drug trafficking
