Police said three minors threw stones at residents near Annapolis City Dock. One suspect swung a knife at a victim, officers added.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said a trio of minors threw stones at three victims at Annapolis City Dock on Sunday evening. Officers added that the incident happened just before 6 p.m. in the unit block of Dock Street.

An incident report noted that the assault started after the suspects and the victims got into an argument. One of the minors eventually drew a knife and slashed downward at a victim, the write-up indicated.

Police mentioned that one of the victim's phones fell on the ground during the ordeal. A suspect picked up the phone and threw it in the water at Ego Alley, the press release alleged.
