The Annapolis PAL Astros will hold tryouts for both 13 and 14 year olds (14 years of age or younger as of May 1, 2018) on the following dates and times:
- Saturday, August 26th, 9-11 am
- Sunday, August 27th, 10 am-12 pm
All tryouts will be on Field #3 at PAL Park (1025 Bay Ridge Road, Annapolis)
Our coaches have 20 plus years of combined coaching. All have successfully coached winning teams to/through Cooperstown 12U. PAL 13/14u shall compete in Stu Schmidt league this fall- focusing largely on skill development related to the 60/90 diamond transition rather than on competitive game play.

We'll conduct optional winter workouts and will blend in private professional instruction.
2018 season will be in Chesapeake Baseball Association's 14U league and tournament play. We are looking to add 3-5 players to current team with particular interest in pitchers and catchers, but all are encouraged and welcome.
