PCP, Theft Charges Stem from Traffic Stop in Annapolis
Four people were stopped in a car for using PCP, while one of the passengers is charged with credit card theft.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A traffic stop by Annapolis Police on Saturday led to four suspects being cited for drug charges and one man was charged with stealing credit cards a vehicle on Yachtsman Way just three days earlier, according to Annapolis Police. Micah Hayes, 25, of Annapolis, is charged with drug possession, two counts of stealing another’s credit card, and theft.
Police stopped a vehicle early Saturday morning for traffic violations and while officers talked with the four passengers they reportedly smelled PCP. All four people in the car were arrested for CDS violations.
When Hayes was searched, officers found had several gift cards, credit cards, and rewards cards. One of the cards was stolen from a theft from vehicle in the 900 block of Yachtsman Way overnight from Jan. 3 to Jan. 4.
