Bay Bridge At Twilight + Baltimore Skyline From Plane: MD Photos Of The Week

MARYLAND — It's time for Patch's weekly photo story! This week's pictures captured several Maryland landmarks.

First up is an aerial snapshot of Baltimore City. Pilot John Shoemaker took this photo from about 1,000 feet in the air. He flies a small plane out of Lee Airport in Edgewater.

Stephanie Eilerman sent in this picture of the Domino Sugar plant before the company remodeled its well-known sign last year. She snagged the shot from the dock of the Baltimore Museum of Industry.

Tamara Williams snapped this beautiful photo of a bird enjoying an Ocean City sunset.

A couple of miles away, Kimberly Hurst admired a wild horse at Assateague State Park on President's Day.

Hugh Vandervoort submitted this picture of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge at twilight. The scene shows Possum Point in Annapolis.
