Police Ask for Help Finding Man Missing Since Fourth of July

Annapolis Police need help finding Frederick Stamm, 51, who was last seen July 4.

Stamm is confined to a wheelchair and his right leg is amputated below the knee.

Police say he was last seen wearing a red, white, and blue hat and polo shirt with American flag designs on them and his left foot was in a hospital boot. Stamm was dropped off to view the fireworks in Annapolis, but did not meet his ride at the planned location and has not returned home.

Until recently Stamm frequented the Severna Park area.
