Person of interest also identified in parkway wreck that killed Rick Warrick, according to reports.

A vehicle and a person of interest have been identified in a fatal hit-and-run on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway earlier this month, according to WTOP.
Rick Warrick was changing a tire when he was struck and killed. The tragic incident received national exposure when the 911 call from the victim’s teenager was released, revealing that the operator told the girl to stop whining.
The fatal wreck happened after a trip to Arundel Mills Mall Feb. 1. Warrick, a car salesman from Washington, D.C., and his fiancée had just put the last lug nut on the spare tire when they were hit around 9:15 p.m.
