Police Use Taser on Naked Man Walking on Annapolis Street
The man was charged with indecent exposure; authorities say he may have been high on PCP.

A naked man on an Annapolis street may have been high on PCP when he refused to obey police and was zapped with a Taser, authorities say.
Annapolis Police received a report just before 10 a.m. Monday that the man was walking down Forrest Drive without any clothes. An off-duty Prince George’s County officer was at the scene when an Annapolis police officer arrived, reports WUSA.
Annapolis Police say the suspect ignored the officer’s order to stop and instead began to walk toward the off-duty officer with his fist clenched.
