This New Year's Eve will be a wet one. But that won't stop New Year's revelers from going out and celebrating.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — This New Year's Eve will be a wet one. But that won't stop New Year's revelers from going out and celebrating.
The National Weather Service says there is an 80 percent chance of precipitation Monday evening, with a rainfall accumulation between a tenth and a quarter of an inch. Light rain is expected before 9 p.m. Southeast winds will turn into southwest winds before midnight, with gusts up to 22 mph.
Forecasters also say temperatures will rise to around 54 degrees by 4 a.m. Annapolis residents might encounter some fog. Motorists and pedestrians should exercise caution.
