Retired Police K-9 Dies After Years Of Service In Anne Arundel County
A retired police K-9 died after years of service in Anne Arundel County. Officers remembered the dog as a devoted worker and loyal partner.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — A retired K-9 died after seven years of service with the Anne Arundel County Police Department. The agency announced the news Wednesday.
The dog, named Loki, worked with Cpl. Mike Meadows. After Loki retired last year, he continued to live with Meadows and his family.

"Loki was a strong, smart, loyal member of our agency," the police department said on Facebook. "Thank you, Loki for your years of devoted service and for making Anne Arundel County a safer place. Please continue to watch over your beloved partner and be with us all."
