Officers who approached the suspect saw a black handgun on the front seat of the car. The suspect -- Raymond Anthony Nolan, 31, of 302 Georgia Ave. in Glen Burnie -- was arrested.
Authorities say the handgun used in the incident was a pellet gun. When officers searched Nolan’s car they reportedly found a small amount of marijuana along with multiple narcotic pain pills.
