Robbery Suspect in 'Crime Pays' Shirt Doesn't Get Any Money
The suspect attempted to rob a Little Caesar's Pizza on Ritchie Highway on Sunday, Anne Arundel County Police reported. He remains at large.

Irony is the word of the weekend in Anne Arundel County as police report a suspect attempted to rob a Little Caesar’s Pizza on Sunday donning a shirt that read “Crime Pays.”
The suspect entered the restaurant at approximately 9:42 p.m. Sunday evening at the Little Caesar’s location on Ritchie Highway.
Employees told police he displayed a note demanding money. He then lifted his shirt and displayed a handgun in the waistband of his pants.

When employees were unable to open the register, the suspect took the note and fled on foot. Multiple officers reportedly searched the area without success.
No one was injured during the attempted robbery.

The suspect remains at large. He is described as six-foot tall white male with freckles, brown hair and a curly beard. He was wearing dark clothing — including the black shirt reading “Crime Pays” — and a baseball cap.
The man also had braces or another type of caps on his teeth.
