ANNAPOLIS, MD — The first Rodizio Grill to open in Maryland will be setting down roots at Westfield Annapolis with a targeted opening date of early November.

Rodizio Grill was the first Brazilian “churrasco” steakhouse in the United States. The eatery has been in business almost 25 years and features authentic recipes, rotisserie grilled meat and traditional hot side dishes, along with a salad bar and fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.

"Rodizio Grill’s reputation hinges on its unparalleled selection of real, fresh-pressed juices, homemade Brazilian Limeades, signature cocktails and an extensive wine list featuring a variety of Brazilian imported wine and beer. At the end of the meal, guests can enjoy a selection of exclusive, homemade Brazilian desserts," Ashlee Hille, director of marketing, told Patch.

The site at Westfield Annapolis was chosen carefully, Hille noted.

"We love the location at Westfield Annapolis due to the beautiful mall and being close to the United States Naval Academy, as well as being able to serve guests from the greater D.C. and Baltimore communities," she told Patch. "The closest current location would be Voorhees, NJ."
