Sakura Cafe on Main Street in Annapolis is up for sale for $450,000, according to the website BizBuySell.
The sale price includes a liquor license, and all fixtures and equipment. The owner will stay for two weeks to help with the transition.
The owner says that the sale is prompted by personal reasons.
